Disclaimers and Cancellation
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER FOR VACATION PACKAGES TO EGYPT, ISRAEL OR JORDAN
Please carefully read and understand the following release of liability and disclaimer before booking any vacation package to Egypt, Israel, or Jordan.
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks and dangers associated with traveling to Egypt, Israel, or Jordan, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, terrorist activities, and health-related risks. I voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with traveling to any one of these countries and agree that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being.
Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Baladi Travel, its officers, employees, agents, and any third-party service providers from any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of or related to my travel to Egypt, Israel, or Jordan, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss. I understand that this release of liability applies to any and all claims, whether known or unknown, that I may have against Baladi Travel or any third-party service providers.
Disclaimer of Liability
I understand and acknowledge that Baladi Travel and any third-party service providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from any delay, cancellation, or disruption of my travel itinerary, or any other circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, or government actions.
Health and Safety
I acknowledge and understand that it is my responsibility to research and comply with any health and safety requirements, including but not limited to vaccinations, travel insurance, and local laws and regulations, for travel to Egypt, Israel, or Jordan.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
I acknowledge and agree that I have read and fully understand the terms of this release of liability and disclaimer, and that I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with traveling to Egypt, Israel, or Jordan. I further acknowledge and agree that this release of liability and disclaimer shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
By booking any vacation package to Egypt, Israel, or Jordan, I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to this release of liability and disclaimer.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BALADI TRAVEL PACKAGES
At Baladi Travel, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy. However, we also incur costs and commit resources in advance to arrange your travel, and therefore we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Initial Deposit: The initial deposit paid at the time of booking is nonrefundable.
- 50% Payment Due 60 Days Prior: 50% of the total package price is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. If you cancel between the time of initial booking and 60 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund any payments made over and above the initial deposit.
- Final Payment Due 30 Days Prior: The final payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total package price is nonrefundable, and we will refund any payments made over and above the initial deposit and 50% of the total package price.
- No Refund Policy: If you cancel within 30 days of the arrival date, or in case of no-show, there will be no refunds.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of written cancellation notice from the client.
Please note that any cancellations made by Baladi Travel due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions, will be fully refunded to the client.
By booking a Baladi Travel package, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our cancellation policy.
